The founder and principle of CSB Partners is Mike Dahlke. His experience as a corporate executive and consultant encompasses leadership roles in both domestic and international business environments. His expertise includes operational, financial and organizational restructuring, extensive business acquisition/divestiture structuring, financing, negotiations and integration, strategy and business development.  He has crafted solutions for critical issues in various segments of the energy industry including oil and gas production, energy transportation, wholesale marketing, retail energy distribution, petrochemical and plastic products production, and manufacturing of LPG tanks and cylinders.
